发动广大职工广泛开展合理化建议活动,这是一条具有我国特色的企业管理之道。几十年来正反两方面的实践充分证明,只要群众性的职工合理化建议活动有声有色地开展起来了,那么,企业生产经营等各项工作就会蒸蒸日上。近来众多的企业都更加注意组织和发动职工开展合理化建议活动,全国总工会也专门作出了决议。
The broad masses of employees are launched to carry out rationalization and suggestion activities. This is a road of enterprise management with Chinese characteristics. The positive and negative aspects of the practice over the past few decades have fully proved that as long as the mass staff rationalization of the proposed activities has been carried out in an amicable manner, then all kinds of work such as production and operation of enterprises will flourish. Recently, many enterprises have paid more attention to organizing and mobilizing employees to carry out rationalization proposals. The National Federation of Trade Unions has also specifically made resolutions.
