高技能人才是国家核心竞争力的体现。作为国务院综合配套改革试区的浦东新区,着力于通过优化产业结构,提升产业能级,构筑具有国际竞争力的现代产业高地。产业高地的建立需要人才资源予以支撑,特别是高技能人才。本文深入分析了浦东新区高技能人才培养工作上存在的问题,对整合浦东新区现有职业教育和职业培训资源,进一步推进浦东新区高技能人才培养工作提出了相应的对策和建议,为政府制定推进高技能人才的有关政策措施提供参考。
High-skilled personnel is the embodiment of national core competitiveness. Pudong New Area, a comprehensive reform pilot area under the State Council, is focused on building a modern industrial highland with international competitiveness by optimizing its industrial structure, upgrading industrial energy levels. The establishment of industrial highlands needs human resources to be supported, especially high-skilled personnel. This paper analyzes in depth the existing problems in the cultivation of highly skilled personnel in Pudong New Area, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for integrating existing vocational education and vocational training resources in Pudong New Area and further promoting the cultivation of highly skilled personnel in Pudong New Area, Provide reference for relevant policies and measures of highly skilled personnel.
