人们把语文能力归结为听、说、读、写四项能力,语文教师需要着力培养学生的也就是这四项基本的能力。从能力角度来说,这四项能力都是重要的,本无轻重之分,但是从语文学科特点,从四项能力的形成过程及相互关系、相互影响、相互作用的程度来看,阅读教学却是语文教学的核心内容。阅读能力与学生获取知识、提高学习兴趣、增长见识及培养自学能力等都有密切联系。
