本文就近年来心内科施行电转复治疗慢性心房颤动(下称房颤)40例次(共27例)进行分析。其中男性19例,女性8例;平均年龄37岁(21～61岁);风心病22例,高血压冠心病2例,甲亢心脏病1例,心肌炎后遗症1例,原因不明的房颤1例;房颤持续时间最长达7年,约半数<1年(占52%),<2年者占76%。本组病例术前均来应用抗凝剂。复律前常规
