目的:观察玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩在牙体修复中的临床效果。方法:将我院收治的60例患者,60颗牙,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,30颗牙,观察组给予玻璃纤维桩进行修复,对照组给予铸造金属桩进行修复。结果:经过1年的随访发现,观察组30颗牙中,修复成功了28颗,修复成功率为93.33%,对照组30颗牙中,修复成功了22颗,修复成功率为73.33%,观察组的修复成功率明显高于对照组,2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩具有良好的生物相容性、抗折性、耐疲劳性、美观好看、操作简便,在牙体修复中成功率高于金属铸造桩核,效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of glass fiber post and cast metal post in the dental restoration. Methods: Sixty patients and 60 teeth admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 teeth). The observation group was treated with glass fiber post and the control group was repaired by cast metal post. Results: After a year of follow-up, 28 of the 30 teeth in the observation group were repaired successfully, with a success rate of 93.33%. Among the 30 teeth in the control group, 22 were successfully repaired and the repair success rate was 73.33% The successful rate of repairing was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The fiberglass piles have good biocompatibility, bending resistance, fatigue resistance, beautiful appearance, easy to operate, the success rate in dental restoration is higher than that of metal cast post, which is worthy of clinical application.
