概述了考察团赴俄罗斯考察的目的和情况,介绍了俄罗斯的标准体系和企业标准化管理现状,同时阐述和分析了对外技术合作中应注意的标准化问题,并谈了几点建议。
The purpose and circumstance of the mission to Russia for inspection were outlined. The standard system of Russia and the status quo of enterprise standardization management were introduced. At the same time, the standardization problems that should be paid attention to in foreign technical cooperation were described and analyzed. Some suggestions were also given.
