塑料工业的迅速发展,迫使人们不断地寻找以塑料代替传统材料的新途径。70年代,日本推出了以塑料为基础材料的磁性塑料。首先从作为电视机的束磁环开始,其用途越来越广泛。我国磁性塑料的开发与应用起步较晚,目前仅在低性能普及型塑料磁体方面具有一定规模的生产,产品应用于电冰箱、冷藏库、密封件和低档扬声器等有限范围内。因此,我国磁性塑料的开发潜力巨大,应用前景广阔。所谓磁性塑料,就是以磁性粉末为填料,以塑料树脂为粘接剂,通过注射成型、磁化等工艺方法加工制得,兼有磁性功能的复合塑料。这种材料可充分利用塑料易成型、加工工序少、周期短的特点,与传统的烧结磁铁或铸造永磁相比,易于采用单个的专用设备进行
