我厂对一台螺纹磨床通过优选电机转速使振动源的频率避开了机床的固有频率,从而使机床振动大大减小,磨削精度大幅度提高,螺纹中径不圆度可以控制在0.001mm以内,光洁度比原来提高了二级,并稳定地达到▽10。优选转速可采用0.618法(机床为无级变速),试验点选取如下图所示的数据。优选时所用试件为M20螺纹校对样柱,实验结果见右表(每个试验点试验二件,误差取二件误差的平均值)。通过优选即可控制电机转速1850~1900r/min,加工零件的精度和光洁度均能达到螺纹量具的要求。
