随着石油危机及温室气体减排呼声的日益高涨,发展生物质能已成为化解能源危机和温室效应的最佳策略。就当前的发展趋势而言,生物质能产业创新的功能目标随着约束条件的变化逐渐走向多元化,非粮化成为产业创新的主要方向,农业废料和能源植物等成为产业创新的焦点,生物工程技术成为主导的技术创新路径。生物质能产业创新模式和产业链逐渐成形,相关的管理机制和政策规范亟待建立。
With the increasing oil crisis and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, the development of biomass energy has become the best strategy for resolving the energy crisis and the greenhouse effect. As far as the current development trend is concerned, the functional goals of biomass energy industry innovation are gradually diversified with the changes of constraints. Non-food has become the main direction of industrial innovation. Agricultural wastes and energy plants have become the focus of industrial innovation. Engineering has become the dominant path of technological innovation. Biomass energy industry innovation model and the industrial chain is gradually formed, the relevant management mechanism and policy needs to be established.
