目的探讨生物反馈联合电刺激在盆底功能障碍性疾病中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1-12月该院收治的盆底功能障碍患者206例,随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组应用Kegal训练,研究组应用生物反馈联合电刺激治疗,对比两组患者治疗结果。结果治疗前两组患者盆底肌收缩力、尿失禁程度以及尿垫试验结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者均有改善,研究组患者的盆底肌收缩力高于对照组,尿失禁程度以及尿垫试验结果低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);研究组患者子宫缩复不良、子宫脱垂、子宫后倾后屈以及阴道壁膨出的发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗前两组患者性生活质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗3个月、6个月后性生活质量均有改善,研究组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论盆底功能障碍性疾病应用生物反馈联合电刺激治疗的效果理想。
Objective To explore the application of biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation in pelvic floor dysfunction diseases. Methods A total of 206 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January to December in 2013 were randomly divided into control group and study group. Kegal group was used as control group. Biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation group was used in study group. result. Results Before treatment, pelvic floor muscle contractility, urinary incontinence and urine pad test results were not significantly different between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, both groups were improved, and pelvic floor muscle contraction The urinary incontinence and urinal pad test results were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05); study group patients with uterine contractions, uterine prolapse, posterior uvula retroflexion (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05), while the incidence of bulging in vaginal wall was lower than that in the control group After 6 months, the quality of sexual life improved, the study group was better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction with biofeedback combined with electrical stimulation is effective.
