目的建立不同产地铁包金药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法色谱柱为Boston C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L·min-1,检测波长260 nm,柱温37℃。结果建立了铁包金药材的指纹图谱,确定了12个共有特征峰,标定了其中的2个峰,并对不同产地铁包金的指纹图谱进行了相似度比较。结论所用方法可用于铁包金药材的质量评价。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprints of iron-clad medicinal materials in different producing areas. Methods The column was Boston C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 260 nm and the column temperature was 37 ℃ . Results Fingerprints of iron-coated gold medicinal materials were established, 12 common characteristic peaks were identified, and 2 of them were calibrated. The similarity of fingerprints of iron-cladded gold in different producing areas was compared. Conclusion The method can be used to evaluate the quality of iron-coated gold medicinal materials.
