作者采集了银杏的芽(3月)、春季叶片(4月)、夏季叶片(8月)、秋季绿叶(10月初)和黄叶(10月末)及未腐的落叶(11月),用新的HPLC法定量测定了其乙醇粗提物中黄酮醇甙、酰基黄酮醇甙和双黄酮等三种主要黄酮类化合物的含量及其随季节的变化情况。从含量来看,黄酮醇甙无论以甙或甙元的百分浓度表示,均是上述三种成分中主要的也是最重要的。芽中的含量近似于酰基黄酮醇甙,经1个月达到最高值而后降低直至10月末。酰基黄酮醇甙以芽中的含量最高,1个月后降低了1/3并有规律地在秋季的叶子中
The authors collected the buds of Ginkgo biloba (March), spring leaves (April), summer leaves (August), autumn leaves (early October), and yellow leaves (late October) and un-decayed leaves (November). The content of flavonol glycosides, acyl flavonol glycosides, and biflavonoids in the crude ethanol extracts was quantitatively determined by HPLC and its seasonal changes. From the content point of view, flavonol glycosides, whether represented by the percentage concentration of lanthanum or alum, are the major and the most important of the above three components. The content of the buds was similar to that of the acylflavonol glycosides, reached the highest value after 1 month and then decreased until the end of October. Acyl flavone glycosides have the highest content in buds, decreased by 1⁄3 after 1 month and regularly in autumn leaves
