在急性运动大鼠模型上,发现牛磺酸具有增加急性运动后心肌线粒体Ca摄取能力、抑制线粒体44kDa蛋白质磷酸化和抑制线粒体内Ca含量增高的作用(P值均小于0.01)。牛磺酸抑制线粒体44kDa蛋白质磷酸化作用可能参与线粒体内Ca含量和线粒体Ca摄取能力的调节。牛磺酸抑制线粒体44kDa蛋白质磷酸化可能是其细胞保护机制之一。
In acute exercise rat models, taurine was found to increase myocardial mitochondrial Ca uptake after acute exercise, inhibit the mitochondrial 44 kDa protein phosphorylation and inhibit mitochondrial Ca content (all P <0.01). Taurine inhibition of mitochondrial 44kDa protein phosphorylation may be involved in mitochondrial Ca content and mitochondrial Ca uptake capacity regulation. Taurine inhibition of mitochondrial 44kDa protein phosphorylation may be one of its cytoprotective mechanisms.
