随着改革开放的发展,我国综合国力得到了明显提高,且市场经济也逐渐趋向于全球化,这就使得我国的各个行业、领域也有了实质性的进步。其中,土建工程如雨后春笋,层出不穷,所以土建工程造价也越来越受到人们的广泛关注。科学控制是土建工程造价中的重要组成部分,具有很强的技术性以及专业性,在很大程度上对土建工程造价有着重要影响。因此,如何对土建工程进行科学控制是相关工作人员的首要任务。文章基于我国土建工程造价控制的现状进行了阐述,并且对如何科学控制土建工程造价的措施进行了简要分析。希望可以为相关行业的工作人员提供帮助,仅供参考。
With the development of reform and opening up, China’s overall national strength has been significantly improved, and the market economy has also gradually become globalized. This has made substantive progress in various industries and fields in our country. Among them, civil engineering projects springing up after another, so the cost of civil engineering projects are also subject to more and more people’s attention. Scientific control is an important part of the cost of civil engineering, with strong technical and professional, to a large extent, has an important impact on the cost of civil engineering. Therefore, how to carry out scientific control of civil engineering is the most important task for related staffs. The article is based on the current situation of civil engineering cost control in China, and gives a brief analysis of how to control the civil engineering cost scientifically.
