邓小平同志曾经强调指出:“物质文明与精神文明都搞好,才是中国特色社会主义。”可见,二者之间是相辅相成,相互促进的。所以企业要想具有很强的竞争力以及在市场上占据稳定步伐,不仅要在物质上发展,也应该要加强精神文明建设。在建设和谐企业的同时必须把精神文明建设放在和物质文明建设相同的地位。企业精神文明建设是我国社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。笔者在此文中主要阐述了推进企业的精神文明建设的重要意义和具体措施。
Comrade Deng Xiaoping once emphasized: “Both material civilization and spiritual civilization are good and socialism with Chinese characteristics is seen.” It can be seen that the two are mutually reinforcing and mutually reinforcing. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to have strong competitiveness and occupy a steady pace in the market, it should not only develop in material terms, but also strengthen the building of spiritual civilization. While building a harmonious enterprise, we must place spiritual civilization building in the same position as the construction of material civilization. The construction of enterprise spirit and civilization is an important part of China's socialist harmonious society. In this article, I mainly elaborate on the significance and specific measures to promote the construction of spiritual civilization of enterprises.
