汪山土库布局科学、精巧,结构明朗、大气,雕刻简朴、高雅。排水、通风、采光等均以人为本,天人合一,置身其中晴无日晒,雨不湿鞋,冬暖夏凉,与鄱阳湖地区风雅恬静的田园风光和谐统一,形成了独具特色、自成一体的建筑风格。建筑风格汪山土库占地108亩,由25栋抬梁穿斗式结构的青砖大瓦房组成,大小房间1443间,天井572个。整个建筑墙体相连,形成了一个整体,规模浩大、气势雄绝,在江南乃至全国都极为罕见,素有“江南小朝廷”之美誉。2004年被中国文联、中国民协命名为“中国府第文化博物馆”。先后被列为市级、省级文物保护单位。
