用实验方法测取控制对象的动态特性在工程实践中颇受重视。当输入信号采用矩形脉冲的形式时,由于其易于实现,不需要特殊波形的发生器,不需使工艺参数长时间偏离正常值,因此,更具有现实意义。但是,由于输出曲线(脉冲过渡曲线)的数据处理工作十分繁琐,防碍了在工程上推广应用。本文所介绍的是利用某种专用表格使计算过程简化,并使结果保证在一定的误差范围之内的工程方法。
The experimental method to measure the dynamic characteristics of the control object is valued in engineering practice. When the input signal is in the form of a rectangular pulse, it is more practical because it is easy to implement and does not require a special waveform generator and does not require process parameters to deviate from normal for a long time. However, due to the cumbersome data processing of the output curve (pulse transition curve), it is hindered to be popularized and applied in engineering. This article describes the use of a special form to simplify the calculation process, and to ensure that the results within a certain range of error within the engineering methods.
