目的 对三种常用超广谱 β -内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)测定方法进行评价。 方法 采用纸片扩散法、双纸片增效试验、双纸片协同试验三种方法测定 30株ESBLs阳性和 5 0株ESBLs阴性的革兰氏阴性杆菌及临床分离的 6 5株革兰氏阴性杆菌产ESBLs情况。结果 纸片扩散法、双纸片增效试验、双纸片协同试验三种方法敏感性分别为 93.3%、86 .7%、93.3% ,特异性分别为 90 .0 %、10 0 .0 %、10 0 .0 % ,临床分离菌株ESBLs检出率为 15 .4%。结论 三种方法均可选用 ,但以纸片协同试验测定简便 ,敏感性、特异性均好 ,更适合各级医院常规应用。
Objective To evaluate the methods for the determination of three commonly used extended - spectrum β - lactamases (ESBLs). Methods 30 ESBLs-positive and 50 ESBLs-negative Gram-negative bacilli were isolated by disk diffusion method, double paper synergistic test and double paper synergistic test, and the clinical isolates of 6 5 Gram-negative Bacillus ESBLs production situation. Results The sensitivities of the three methods of paper diffusion method, double paper synergistic test and double paper synergistic test were 93.3%, 86.7% and 93.3%, respectively, the specificity were 90.0% and 100.0% , 100.0%. The detection rate of clinical isolates ESBLs was 15.4%. Conclusion All the three methods are available, but the paper test is simple, sensitive and specific, which is more suitable for the routine application in hospitals.
