碾压混凝土施工运输方案的选择受工程规模、浇筑强度、地形条件、布置条件、施工导流以及施工进度等众多因素的影响,是一个半结构化的问题,不能完全用结构化方法来描述.解决这类问题要借助于经验的、尚未形成科学体系的知识.专家系统具有知识与判断相结合,不规则数据的处理与分析等特征,在施工方案决策领域具有广阔的应用前景。笔者建构了碾压混凝土施工运输方案选择的专家系统RCPSES,包括案例库、知识库、推理机、解释系统和动态数据库。同时,开发了碾压混凝土施工运输方案选择专家系统的计算机软件,并对该软件进行了单元测试、整体测试和系统测试.根据拟建工程的实际资料数据,可以推理得到合理可行的施工运输方案,该系统在工程实际应用中得到了验证.
The selection of RCC construction and transportation scheme is a semi-structured problem influenced by many factors such as project size, pouring strength, topographical conditions, layout conditions, construction diversion and construction progress, which can not be completely described by a structured method. To solve such problems, we must rely on experience and have not yet formed a scientific system of knowledge. Expert system has the characteristics of combining knowledge and judgment, dealing with and analyzing irregular data, and has broad application prospects in the field of construction plan decision-making. The author constructs RCPSES, an expert system for RCC construction transportation project selection, including case base, knowledge base, reasoning machine, interpretation system and dynamic database. At the same time, computer software of RCC construction expert selection system has been developed, and unit testing, overall testing and system testing of the software have been carried out. According to the actual data of the proposed project data, reasonable and feasible construction and transportation solutions can be inferred. The system has been verified in the practical application of the project.
