在重庆加快推进城乡统筹的过程中,人们注意到经济发展是改变城乡二元结构的基础,但却忽视了经济发展自身的瓶颈以及经济发展、政治发展、文化发展和人的全面发展的内在关系。这主要是因为人们未能在马克思主义总体性视域中理解“城乡统筹”的内涵。唯有回到总体性视域,以总体性方法解决重庆的城乡二元结构问题,才能真正有效地推进其城乡统筹目标的实现。
In accelerating the overall planning of urban and rural areas in Chongqing, people noticed that economic development is the basis for changing the dual structure of urban and rural areas, but neglected the bottleneck of economic development itself and the inherent relationship between economic development, political development, cultural development and people’s all-round development . This is mainly because people fail to understand the connotation of “urban-rural co-ordination” in the overall Marxist vision. Only by returning to the overall vision and solving the dual urban-rural structural issue in Chongqing in a holistic way can we truly and effectively promote the realization of the overall goal of urban and rural areas.
