目的识别、分析与评价某兽用药业公司拟建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素及其防护措施的效果,判断该项目的可行性,为卫生行政部门审批该项目提供技术依据。方法选择与该建设项目类似工程作为类比项目,综合运用类比法、检查表法及经验法进行分析评价。结果该建设项目生产过程中存在煤尘、矽尘、药物粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氢化合物、氢氧化钠、盐酸、硫化氢、噪声、高温等主要职业病危害因素。类比企业主要工作场所的尘、毒浓度及噪声强度检测结果,除个别检测点噪声强度超标外,其余为合格。该拟建项目属职业病危害一般的建设项目。结论该项目采用了较为可行的职业病卫生防护措施,从职业病防治角度分析,该建设项目是可行的。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the potential hazards of occupational diseases and their protective measures that a veterinary pharmaceutical company intends to construct, to determine the feasibility of the project and provide the technical basis for the approval of the project by the health administrative department. Methods Similar projects of the construction project were selected as analogy projects, and the methods of analogy, checklist and experience were used synthetically. Results The main hazards of occupational diseases such as coal dust, silica dust, drug dust, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen and hydrogen compounds, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen sulfide, noise and high temperature were found in the production process of this project. Dust, poison concentration and noise intensity of the analogy in the main workplaces of the enterprises, except for the noise intensity of individual detection points exceeding the standard, are qualified. The proposed project is a general construction project occupational hazards. Conclusion The project adopted a more feasible occupational health protection measures, from the perspective of occupational disease prevention and control, the construction project is feasible.
