当前,我国信息技术类专业人才市场存在着用人单位招不到人、学生无法对口就业的问题,这反映了我国学校信息技术专业课题设置不合理,人才培养模式有待创新。要提高信息技术专业人才培养质量,为社会提供所需人才,我国可以从以下方面入手:一是以岗位需求为目标,确立人才培养方向;二是以“四业贯通”为途径,加强专业建设;三是以行业标准为任务,实施项目教学;四是以工学结合为平台,构建模块化课程体系;五是以工作室培养为手段,提高教学质量。
At present, there is a problem that employers can not recruit people and students can not find jobs in the field of information technology professionals. This reflects that unreasonable issues are set in the subject of information technology in our country and the mode of personnel training needs to be innovated. To improve the quality of information technology professionals and provide the community with the necessary personnel, our country can start with the following aspects: First, the job needs as the goal, to establish the direction of personnel training; second is to “four industries through” as a way to strengthen Professional construction; Third, the industry standard for the task, the implementation of project teaching; Fourth, the combination of work and study as a platform to build a modular curriculum system; Fifth, studio training as a means to improve teaching quality.
