In order to actively encourage and support duty-free shops in operating state-owned products, promoting the export of commodities in our country and raising the visibility of the commodities in our country, the tax rebate policy for the duty-free state-run products is approved by the General Office of the State Council. The relevant issues are hereby notified as follows: I.
