认知语言学作为一门新兴的边缘学科对英语词汇教学有着重要的指导作用。本文首先简要的介绍了认知语言学的概况,其次指出了我国目前英语词汇教学的现状,最后分别从认知语言学的三大理论—基本范畴理论,原型理论和隐喻理论阐释了对英语词汇教学的影响。
