S1125A型辗轮式混砂机,采用了液力联轴器、液压控制及润滑系统,传动功率为75kW,其结构较为先进。但在液压控制系统的设计上存在问题,致使卸砂门开、闭操作中发生自耦减压起动器频繁而严重的跳闸现象,不仅无法工作,而且严重损伤自耦减压起动器及电机。现将问题分析及改进方法介绍如下。一、液压控制系统的工作原理及问题分析该机液压控制系统组成如图1、控制电路见图2。当按下起动按钮4A,则4C得电,电机
