目的建立三层共挤输液用袋材料中镁残留量及输液袋中镁迁移量的微波消解-火焰原子吸收分光光度法。方法采用微波消解对样品进行消解处理,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中镁含量。结果镁在0~0.30μg·m L-1内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.995 2);镁含量测定的平均回收率为95.95%(RSD=2.27%)。结论该方法准确、灵敏、简便,适用于对三层共挤输液用袋材料中镁残留量及镁向输液中迁移量的测定。
Objective To establish a microwave digestion - flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry for the determination of magnesium residues in bag materials for three-layer coextrusions and magnesium transport in infusion bags. Methods The sample was digested with microwave digestion, and the content of magnesium in the sample was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results Magnesium had a good linearity (r = 0.995 2) in the range of 0 ~ 0.30 μg · m L-1. The average recovery of magnesium was 95.95% (RSD = 2.27%). Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and simple, and it is suitable for the determination of magnesium residues in bags and the migration of magnesium into the infusion solution.
