华南农业大学叶自行等用10年生糯米糍、20年生淮枝、桂味作研究,在缺乏蜂源及花期天气反常情况下,采用人工辅助授粉,以提高荔枝座果率。这就必须采集和贮藏花粉。适当可行的方法是:在荔枝雄花伸出花药但未开裂时,结合人工疏花剪下雄花,放在5—12℃低温下贮藏,50天之内糯米糍的花粉发芽率仍达67%—85.6%,淮枝的花粉发芽率达81.7%—90.9%;在室温下贮藏3天,糯米糍花粉发芽率达91.7%,桂味花粉发芽率达86.1%。据这一结果,可以从早熟的品种上采集花粉,通过低温贮藏,用于迟熟而花期雌雄花不遇或花期遇恶劣天气的品种上作辅助授粉,可提高产果率。

Appropriate and feasible method is: litchi male flowers out of the anther but not cracking, combined with artificial flowers cut male flowers, stored at low temperature of 5-12 ℃, 50 days of glutinous rice pollen germination rate still reached 67% 85.6%, HuaiZhi pollen germination rate of 81.7% -90.9%; at room temperature for 3 days, the waxy rice germination rate of 91.7% pollen, pollen germination rate of 86.1%. According to this result, it is possible to collect pollen from precocious varieties and to increase the rate of fruit-setting by low-temperature storage, secondary maturity, and the flowering of female flowers and male-dominated flowers or anther weather.
