目的:探索4个月健美操教学对女大学生身体质量指数、去脂体重、体脂比所的影响。方法:采取整群抽样方法在某高校30个健美操专项班级中,随机抽取4个班共120名女大学生,进行每周1次健美操教学和3次有组织的健美操练习,实验前、后使用Inbody230测试体脂比、去脂体重和身体质量指数。结果:实验前、后实验组身体质量指数和体脂比变化均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01),去脂体重变化无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:4个月健美操锻炼能有效改善女大学生的身体成分。
Objective: To explore the effect of 4-month aerobics teaching on female college students’ body mass index, body fat and body fat ratio. Methods: A total of 120 female undergraduates of 4 classes were randomly selected from 30 aerobics class in a certain university by cluster sampling method. Aerobics teaching and 3 organized aerobics exercises were conducted once per week. Before the experiment, Body mass ratio, body fat mass and body fat mass index were measured using Inbody 230 afterwards. Results: Before and after the experiment, the changes of body mass index and body fat ratio in the experimental group had significant statistical significance (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the body weight of the experimental group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Aerobics exercise for 4 months can effectively improve female college students’ body composition.
