一、引语工业窑炉是能源消耗的大户,如轴承行业的并式热处理电阻炉,人称“电老虎”,功耗高达70千瓦。老式炉温控制,虽有圆图机恒温记时,但不能定时自控,常因操作不及时而白白浪费许多电力。由于负荷很大,作为功率开关的交流接触器,不仅机械噪声大,而且电火花干扰严重,致使贵重仪表在200米以内不能正常使用,而且工人的健康也受到严重影响。但如果使用大电流双向可控硅作为固态功率开关,并采用可控硅过零触发技术,就可实现无声无噪运行。再采用电脑恒温记时,两炉群控操作独立,互不干扰,便可省人省时又省电,给工况过程的适时处理带来方便。下面介绍由此种构思而组成的系统。
