实行半开架借阅,读者很感兴趣;且有一定的倾向性和选择性:有的喜读外国文学或中国古代文学作品;有的喜读传记文学。为了方便大家,还将排架形式做了调整。特别标出:传记(中国人物传、外国人物传),中国文艺(古典文学、现代文学)外国文艺。这样可使读者不致通览全架,便可选择所需。另外,还增设“新到书”专栏,起到了及时宣传推荐新书的作用,很受读者注意。为弥补书架设备不足,今后将采取定期轮展库藏品种,使读者对架上陈列图书有新鲜感:也可加速库藏利用。尽可能给予读者浏览选书内容的时间,使之满意而归。
