切削颤振形成研究和切削稳定性分析

切削加工中工件上的软(硬)质点在一定的条件下可以引起颤振.本文在理论分析建立切削系统的动态数学模型的基础上,分析了切削系统参数对切削稳定性的影响.

The hard and soft particles on the workpiece can cause flutter under certain conditions.In this paper, based on the theoretical analysis of the dynamic mathematical model of the cutting system, the influence of the cutting system parameters on the cutting stability is analyzed.
