在南宁市检测了319对母亲及1~8月龄婴儿的麻疹血凝抑制(HI)抗体的阳性率及几何平均滴度(GMT),发现婴儿母传抗体水平及其消退情况,与其母亲抗体水平有密切关系。一般而言,1月龄婴儿HI抗体阳性率比其母亲低20%,GMT相当于母亲的1/2.5,母亲HI抗体≤1∶2组,1月龄婴儿HI抗体全为阴性;母亲HI抗体1∶4组,1月龄婴儿HI抗体阳性率为43%,4月龄全部阴性;母亲HI抗体1∶8组,1月龄婴儿HI抗体阳性率78%,4月龄23%,8月龄8%;母亲HI抗体1∶16组,1月龄婴儿HI抗体阳性率88%~100%,6月龄33%,8月龄13%;母亲HI抗体≥1∶32组,1~5月龄婴儿HI抗体阳性率100%,8月龄80%。这与母传麻疹抗体(主要为IgG)在婴儿体内的半衰期有关。如将麻疹疫苗(MV)初种起始年龄提前至5月龄,15~23月龄再复种1剂MV,可望进一步降低婴幼儿麻疹发病率
