弹体冲压毛坯收口前结构尺寸的设计计算,在有关教材和工厂实际生产中一直沿用逐点按“等面积法”进行计算,但实际收口过程中金属塑性变形大部与“等面积法”假设条件是不相符的,因此造成收口后毛坯弧形部内形尺寸超差的数量过多,而往往成为生产线上的薄弱环节。本文试图据收口金属变形的规律,在设计计算中通过修正计算,使收口后毛坯获得较高的精度,以减少修内弧毛坯的数量,及提高材料利用率,并提出修正计算公式及采用程序计算器进行设计计算的计算程序,以供设计者参考。
