对48例胎盘绒毛中细胞滋养层细胞合体滋养层细胞和中间滋养层细胞进行免疫组化研究。结果证实妊娠不同阶段各种滋养层细胞对角蛋白的敏感性最强,但特异性差;合体滋养层细胞的hCG和PLAP染色强于中间滋养层细胞,而中间滋养层细胞的HPL和EMA染色强于合体滋养层细胞。细胞滋养层细胞除角蛋白外余免疫组化染色均为阴性。
48 cases of placental villi cytotrophoblast cells syncytiotrophoblast cells and trophoblast cells were immunohistochemically studied. The results demonstrated that the trophoblast cells were the most sensitive to keratin at different stages of pregnancy, but their specificity was poor. The hCG and PLAP staining of syncytiotrophoblast cells was stronger than that of the middle trophoblast cells, while the HPL and EMA of the middle trophoblast cells were strong In syncytiotrophoblast cells. Cytotrophoblast cells except keratin immunohistochemical staining were negative.
