在实验室用间隔式测重和改装的热电偶测温方法研究了细粉煤在微波加热过程中水分含量变化及升温特性。结果表明,微波加热能够有效地对细粉煤除湿,微波加热功率对细粉煤除湿率的影响最大。随着时间的延长,试样的除湿率趋于一致并且受其他因素的影响较小。微波加热细粉煤的升温过程可以分成3个阶段,第1阶段料温迅速上升;第2阶段出现100℃恒温平台,水分快速得到去除;第3阶段已大部分去除水分,试样温度缓慢上升。
The change of moisture content and the temperature rise characteristics of fine coal during microwave heating were studied in the laboratory by using interval weight measurement and thermocouple temperature measurement. The results show that microwave heating can effectively dehumidify the fine pulverized coal, and the microwave heating power has the greatest influence on the dehumidification rate of the fine pulverized coal. With the extension of time, the sample dehumidification rate tends to be consistent and less affected by other factors. The heating process of microwave heating fine coal can be divided into three stages, the first stage of material temperature rose rapidly; the second stage appeared 100 ℃ constant temperature platform, the water was quickly removed; the third stage has been most of the moisture removal, the sample temperature slowly increased .
