The strength and durability of concrete depends mainly on its microstructure, which depends on the concrete composition, conservation environment. The hydration of gelling components to form conjugates is of crucial importance. It has been found that the addition of chemical additives can improve the hydration reaction of cementitious materials and their products, thereby enhancing the overall performance of concrete. As a coagulation material, fly ash can control the hydration reaction speed, improve its microstructure and avoid shrinkage cracks.
