以云南文山州主栽辣椒品种‘ZSZ75-1’‘ZSZ49-1-1’‘12WS-18-1’‘12ZH01’和‘ZS130’为试材,在冰水模拟低温胁迫下,用分光光度法研究了叶片的抗氧化酶比活力及总花色苷和丙二醛(MDA)含量,并用隶属函数法分析了叶片的综合抗氧化能力。结果表明:在低温胁迫下,5个辣椒品种叶片可溶性蛋白质含量特征为‘12WS-18-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘ZS130’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘ZSZ75-1’,过氧化氢酶(CAT)比活力为‘ZSZ75-1’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘12WS-18-1’>‘ZS130’,过氧化物酶(POD)比活力为‘ZSZ75-1’>‘ZS130’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘12WS-18-1’>‘12ZH01’,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)比活力为‘ZS130’>‘12WS-18-1’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘ZSZ75-1’,MDA含量为‘ZSZ75-1’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘12WS-18-1’>‘ZS130’,综合抗氧化能力为‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘ZS130’>‘12WS-18-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘ZSZ75-1’,总花色苷含量为‘ZSZ75-1’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘ZS130’>‘12WS-18-1’。此外,5个辣椒品种叶片总花色苷和MDA含量间均达差异极显著水平,而CAT、POD和SOD比活力间均未达差异显著水平。因此,低温胁迫下,文山辣椒叶片的抗氧化能力与其花色苷含量无关。该研究可为文山州辣椒品种耐低温性的评价和耐低温新品种的选育提供参考。

In addition, the total anthocyanin content and MDA content in leaves of five pepper cultivars reached the extremely significant level, but the specific activity of CAT, POD and SOD did not reach the significant level. Therefore, under low temperature stress, the anti-oxidative capacity of pepper leaves in Wenshan has nothing to do with anthocyanin content. This study may provide a reference for the evaluation of low temperature tolerance of pepper varieties and breeding of new varieties resistant to low temperature in Wenshan Prefecture.
