教育立法是实现依法治教的前提和基础 ,文章从分析现行教育法律存在的瑕疵入手 ,提出教育立法要民主化 ,要充分体现人民的意志 。
Educational legislation is the precondition and basis for realizing teaching according to law. Starting from the analysis of the existing defects in education law, the article proposes that education legislation should be democratized and that the will of the people should be fully reflected.
