本文对杂交棉杂29一代、杂29二代及其亲本86-56系(♀)、711-22(♂)的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶和丙二醛含量进行了研究。研究结果表明,杂29一代、二代在净光合速率、蒸腾速率具有超亲优势,气孔导度在杂29一代为超亲优势,在杂29二代为中亲正优势。在杂29一代,超氧化物歧化酶活性为超亲优势,过氧化物酶活性为中亲正优势,丙二醛含量为中亲负优势。
In this paper, the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, superoxide dismutase activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of hybrid cotton hybrid 29 and hybrid 29 and their parents 86-56 (♀) and 711-22 (♂) The enzyme and malondialdehyde content were studied. The results showed that hybrid 29 and second generations had super-pro-heterosis at net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate. Stomatal conductance was super-pro-dominant in hybrid 29 and pro-dominant in hybrid 29. In the hybrid 29 generation, superoxide dismutase activity is super-pro-dominant, peroxidase activity is pro-pro-dominant, and malondialdehyde content is pro-mid-pro-dominant.
