国有企业是我国经济发展的命脉,为我国的经济发展和社会进步做出了巨大的贡献,同时也促进了社会就业,但是国有企业通常用工规模大、企业发展时间长,企业的行政化意识严重、合规管理意识较为薄弱。本文着重分析了在国有企业制度管理中存在的劳动关系问题,提出了国有企业制度管理在构建和谐劳动关系中的作用,最后提出了应如何在国有企业制度管理中构建和谐的劳动关系,旨在为以后的国有企业构建和谐的劳动关系提供帮助。
State-owned enterprises are the lifeblood of China’s economic development and have made tremendous contributions to China’s economic development and social progress. This paper analyzes the existing labor relations in the management of state-owned enterprises, puts forward the function of institutional management of state-owned enterprises in the construction of harmonious labor relations, and finally puts forward how to build harmonious labor relations in the management of state-owned enterprises.
