今年,是我们排灌机械研究所成立三十周年的纪念。借此机会,我们首先向一贯支持、关心和鼓励本所发展的有关领导、各兄弟单位和厂矿企业衷心鸣谢并同大家一起庆贺和欢度本所三十周年的诞辰。 30年,不过是历史长河的一瞬间,但我们所却经历了艰苦创业发展的过程。这期间,我们排灌机械研究所对祖国的社会主义现代化建设和科技事业发展作出了应有的贡献,也得到了祖国和人民给予的荣誉。但是,对照邓小平同志的讲话精神,面对祖国经济建设飞速发展的要求,我们必须认真总结经验,继续发扬优良传统,为祖国排灌机械事业发展作出新贡献。
