超临界流体色谱法(SFC)是同时具有GC和HPLC优点的新一代色谱法.它可以在较低温度下对遇热不稳定的和不挥发性的化合物进行高分辨的分离,克服了GC有时要作衍生化的缺点;同时SFC除了可采用HPLC常用的UV检测器外,还可以使用GC中的FID,MS,IR等通用检测器,大大提高分析的灵敏度和应用范围,明显优越于HPLC.本文在阐明SFC的基本原理之后,列举若干实例介绍80年代以来SFC在药物分析中的应用情况.
