目的:分析我国优秀射击运动员大赛前训练时的大脑神经机能状态。方法:2006年7月~2008年7月备战北京奥运会期间,利用的脑电图和脑地形图技术对中国国家射击集训队手枪班和步枪班73名运动员进行了9次大脑机能评价和训练监测。结果:在9批次测试中,男运动员106人次的大脑唤醒水平值为26.90±4.81(%),大脑功率谱能量比值为2.41±0.45;92人次的女运动员上述2值分别为25.68±4.21(%)和2.27±0.52。中枢神经机能综合评定,多数运动员处于良好以上状态,男女运动员分别为87和59人次。有60(男)和67(女)人次的运动员的运动应激能力为好或较好。射击运动员发挥欠佳时表现出多种问题,如注意力过度集中、睡眠问题、视觉紧张、听觉敏感、时间空间判断失误、心理紧张等。结论:(1)男女运动员之间大脑唤醒水平与能量比值无明显差异,不同级别运动员之间无明显差异。(2)北京奥运会前1个月时,受试的参赛运动员大脑兴奋性达到较高水平,大脑承受的运动负荷也较高。
Objective: To analyze the cerebral neurological status of Chinese elite shooters during pre-competition training. Methods: During the preparations for the Beijing Olympic Games from July 2006 to July 2008, nine brain function evaluations and training monitoring were conducted on 73 athletes of the Chinese national shooting squadrons in pistol and rifle classes by using the EEG and brain topography techniques . Results: In 9 batches of tests, the awakening level of 106 athletes in male athletes was 26.90 ± 4.81 (%), and the power ratio of brain power spectrum was 2.41 ± 0.45. The 92 athletes had the above two values of 25.68 ± 4.21 %) And 2.27 ± 0.52. Comprehensive assessment of central nervous system function, the majority of athletes in good condition, male and female athletes were 87 and 59 people. Athletes with 60 (male) and 67 (female) athletes had better or better motor stress. Shooting athletes show a variety of problems when they do not perform well, such as over-concentration of attention, sleep problems, visual stress, auditory sensibility, misjudgment of time and space, psychological stress and so on. Conclusion: (1) there is no significant difference between male and female athletes in arousal and energy ratio, and there is no significant difference between athletes of different grades. (2) One month prior to the Beijing Olympic Games, the participants of the participating athletes’ brain reached a high level of excitement and the brain had a higher exercise load.
