随着物质生活水平提高,居民对住房要求越来越高,房屋建筑工程厨卫施工作为房屋建筑的重要内容,有效防止卫生间以及厨房渗漏逐渐成为当今厨卫施工的任务。为了能够有效控制卫生间和厨房渗漏,必须以施工材料、施工设计为基础,用独特的维修管理方案对相关工作进行保证。本文结合我国房屋建筑工程厨卫防渗墙施工技术,对房屋建筑工程渗漏原因以及防治措施进行了简要的探究和阐述。
With the improvement of material living standards, residents are demanding more and more housing. The construction of kitchen and plumbing as an important part of housing construction effectively prevents the leakage of toilets and kitchens and has gradually become the task of kitchen and toilet construction. In order to effectively control the bathroom and kitchen leakage, must be based on construction materials, construction design, with a unique maintenance management program to ensure that the relevant work. In this paper, with the construction technology of China’s housing construction impermeable wall construction technology, the reasons for the leakage of housing construction and prevention and control measures were briefly explored and elaborated.
