型砂系统中的有效膨润土和失效膨润土含量对其性能有很大影响,而生产中对这两个参数的检测比较困难。本文以沈阳第一机床厂的湿型砂系统为例进行研究,用数理统计原理对试验数据进行分析、处理,得到了以型砂基本性能——含水量、紧实率和湿压强度为参数的数学模型。根据型砂系统的上述三值就可以计算出其有效膨润土和失效膨润土含量,从而对型砂系统进行质量控制。
The effective bentonite and the failed bentonite content in the sand system have a great influence on the performance of the sand system, and the detection of these two parameters in the production is difficult. In this paper, the first Shenyang Machine Tool Plant wet sand system as an example to study the use of mathematical statistics to test the experimental data analysis, processing, got the basic properties of sand - moisture content, compaction rate and wet strength as a parameter of mathematics model. Based on the above three values of the sand system, the effective bentonite and the failed bentonite can be calculated, so as to control the quality of the sand system.
