江淮丘陵地区小型水库面广量大,在防洪、灌溉、供水等方面发挥了巨大的社会、经济和生态效益。但是绝大部分小型水库修建于20世纪五六十年代,由于受当时历史条件的限制,工程建设标准低、施工质量差、配套设施简陋不全。经过多年的运行,工程老化、失修失管等工程隐患十分突出,不仅造成小型水库效益锐减,而且严重地威胁着下游人民生命财产的安全。我院近年来对小(2)型水库的放水设施改造设计中,并采用了旋转式卧涵技术,取得了较好效果。

Due to the historical conditions at that time, the standards of construction were low, the construction quality was poor, and the supporting facilities were not complete. After many years of operation, the hidden dangers of projects such as project aging and loss of repairing and losing pipe are very prominent. This not only causes the benefit of small reservoirs to plummet, but also seriously threatens the safety of lives and property of the people downstream. In recent years, our hospital on the small (2) type of reservoirs to transform the design of water facilities, and the use of rotary lying culvert technology has achieved good results.
