目的:研究5种中药有效部位的抗肿瘤作用及机制。方法:通过细胞病变效应法(CPE)、CCK-8法(CCK-8)和肿瘤病毒抗原激活实验系统,观察5种中药有效部位对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用和对肿瘤病毒早期抗原表达的抑制作用。结果:5种中药有效部位在一定的剂量范围内,对Hela细胞、EC-109细胞、MCF-7细胞、Bel-7402这4种不同的肿瘤细胞株均有直接的抑制作用,但抑制率有所差异;同时对肿瘤病毒早期抗原基因的表达也均有明显的抑制作用,抑制率在71.2%-94.4%之间。结论:阻断促癌因素也是防治肿瘤的重要手段和方法。结果提示这些中药有效部位可能是通过细胞毒作用和抑制肿瘤病毒抗原表达和基因复制来达到抗肿瘤的作用。
Objective: To study the anti-tumor effect and mechanism of five effective parts of traditional Chinese medicine. METHODS: Cytotoxicity effect and inhibition of early antigen expression of tumor virus were studied by cytopathic effect (CPE), CCK-8 (CCK-8) and tumor virus antigen activation experimental system. effect. Results: The effective parts of the five Chinese herbal medicines were within a certain dose range, and had a direct inhibitory effect on four different tumor cell lines: Hela cells, EC-109 cells, MCF-7 cells, and Bel-7402.
