目的:总结合并有颅脑损伤的多发伤患者的急救护理经验。方法:对我院2016年1月至2017年4月收治的32例合并有颅脑损伤的多发伤患者进行回顾性分析,对其进行的急救护理进行总结。结果:经过积极的救治以及严密的护理观察,25例恢复良好(78%),6例死亡(19%),1例植物生存(3%)。结论:对合并有颅脑损伤的多发伤患者,应尽快进行抢救,并严密观察病情变化,尤其是瞳孔、神志的变化,并重点解决威胁生命的征象,这是成功抢救的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience of emergency nursing in multiple traumatic patients with brain injury. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 32 patients with traumatic brain injury complicated with traumatic injury admitted from January 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital was conducted. The first-aid treatment was summarized. Results: After active treatment and strict nursing observation, 25 cases recovered well (78%), 6 died (19%) and 1 case of plant survival (3%). Conclusion: For patients with traumatic brain injury complicated with traumatic injury, emergency treatment should be carried out as soon as possible and the changes of the disease closely monitored, especially the change of the pupil and mind, and the key to solving the life threatening symptom are the keys to successful rescue.
