一、广州偶遇1993年12月中,笔者因事从香港回广州,偶过北京路与大南路交界处,见有一交通标语牌,上面写了一句话:“没有红灯的约束,便无绿灯的自由”。不禁想起了10年前笔者为本刊(那时还是双月刊)写的一篇文章:“谈所谓积极不干预”(见《港澳经济》1983年第6期,以“严荔”笔名发表)。
Guangzhou incident In December 1993, the author went back to Guangzhou from Hong Kong for some reason and even crossed the junction of Beijing Road and Da Nan Road. He saw a traffic sign saying “No red light, no Green light free ”. Can not help but think of the author 10 years ago for the magazine (then bimonthly) wrote an article: “talk about the so-called positive non-intervention ” (see “Hong Kong and Macao economy” 1983 the sixth period, "Yan Li Pen name published).
