目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年高血压的疗效。方法:将63例老年高血压患者随机分为两组,治疗组31例,对照组32例,两组患者均用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上,加用中药颗粒口服,观察6个月,对治疗前后临床症状改善情况、血压等变化进行比照。结果:治疗组临床症状、血压控制方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在辨证论治的基础上给予中西医结合治疗老年高血压疗效显著,更有低毒、安全、低成本的优势,具有较好的社会效益、经济效益。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on senile hypertension. Methods: Sixty-three elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups: 31 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group. Both groups were treated routinely with Western medicine. On the basis of this, Month, before and after treatment to improve the clinical symptoms, blood pressure and other changes were compared. Results: The clinical symptoms and blood pressure control in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of senile hypertension based on syndrome differentiation based on the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant curative effect, more advantages of low toxicity, safety and low cost, and has good social and economic benefits.
